Well lets see here, my name is Caitlin Whitney I am 21 and I am from Crystal Lake, IL which is north of Chicago. I am a cheerleader on campus and a waitress at the Abbey Bar. My twin sister and I love St. Norbert we couldn't have asked for a better school to fall in our lap. The funny story is that Meredith and I came on a football-recruiting day with a buddy and to make a long story short. Mere and I dropped the other schools we were going to and fell in love with SNC!! The staff, people and community couldn't be greater when looking for a college!

And it begins again!

The time has come… summer flew by and now everyone is packing up to head back to school!!!

I for one have been to campus twice already for cheerleading camp and I can’t wait to go back and see everyone! Summer has been great, I work at an outdoor pool (I don’t think in the summer life could get any better). I took a couple vacations this summer to both family reunions one was in Indiana and the other was in Ohio. I went to Michigan to visit my boyfriend Ryan and that was a blast, we went to the Keith Urban Concert (which was AMAZING) and to Mackinaw Island (which was GORGEOUS with spectacular fudge). Lastly, I went to Flordia with a few of my girlfriends and I went wakeboarding and then four wheeling (mudding whatever it’s actually called) for the first time through the swamps, it definetly was a great time.

Now my weeks consist of working as much as I possibly can since whatever money I did make this summer didn’t make it into savings for school oops! Then on the weekends I go up to school for cheerleading which I am so pumped for this year and we have our first game this weekend which will be exciting!!!

I haven’t actually packed anything yet (I mean unless you count the stuff I didn’t unpack from last year) but I am going to have to start here pretty quickly since I have to move in early for cheerleading… the count down has begun and I leave in 6 DAYS!!!
